Construction commenced on a 48-unit affordable multifamily community in Bowie, Texas, and a 72-unit apartment community in Mabank, Texas. Both are co-developed with BETCO Development Company, Inc. and will be ready for occupancy in early 2009.
Construction also commenced on Morningstar Villas, a 36-unit senior community in Texas City, Phase II of The Village at Morningstar senior community.

Guadalupe Neighborhood Development Corporation (GNDC) is having a groundbreaking ceremony for La Vista de Guadalupe on September 26, 2007. Click here for the ceremony specifics. DMA provided consultant services to GNDC for La Vista de Guadalupe's funding through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program.
