- Diana McIver & Associates, Inc., provides development consulting services to nonprofit and for profit developers seeking to build or rehabilitate affordable housing, including capacity building programs for novice developers. Additionally, we assist cities and local governments in analyzing their housing needs and in developing public policy.
- DMA Development Company, LLC, was created in 1998 in recognition of the need for affordable housing in small cities and rural communities. DMA Development enjoys a very good reputation in the industry as a "for profit" developer with a "nonprofit" heart.
- DMA Properties, LLC, was created in 2002 as our property management affiliate and specializes in providing quality management and onsite services for our Texas properties.
